The Hunt
The adventure starts as soon as you step off the commercial jet in Dillingham, AK. We will pick you up and load you and your gear into a bush plane for an adventurous 40 to 70 mile ride to the backcountry and the starting point of your hunt in the far reaches of unit 17 in Western Alaska where the bear and moose populations are thriving!
The hunt will be based out of one of our remote tent camps strategically placed along the rivers, tributaries or lakes within unit 17 Western alaska .
You, as the client, will have your own personal tent and are provided with a cot, a sleeping pad, and a camp chair. A gear list will be provided, so you can plan accordingly to fit your personal needs in addition to what we already provide. Also, included are all of your meals with your 15-day hunt.
Due to the remote nature of your hunt there may be different modes of transportation, a jet boat, to allow you to run up and down the rivers or a small rubber raft with a small outboard motor, for you and and your guide to traverse through the small lake you are situated on. Regardless of which style of hunt setup and location, there will be plenty of spot-n-stock opportunities in the mountains for brown bear! Both styles of hunting also creates good calling opportunities for hunting Moose along the rivers and lakes.

He successfully started a business and has been in the outfitting and guiding arena since early 2002. Alaska became his 2nd love after exploring and hunting on the North Slope near Dead Horse, AK
